Late drop off/collection
It is important that you are on time when you drop off/ collect. We book our appointments accordingly and lateness will affect other customers.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to drop off/ collect you will be charged £10.
Excluding circumstances at our own discretion
Cancellations
It is required that you inform us of any cancellations. If you inform us within 48 hours of the appointment and we cannot fill the space there will be a charge of £15. If we are not informed until the last 24 hours there will be a charge of 50% of your quoted price. This is due to the fact we will not be able to fill the slot and will lose out on earnings for that day.
If you were to drop off after the 15 minute window your appointment may be cancelled as there may not be time to complete the groom (there will be a charge for this.)
